God Knows. God Sees. God Goes.

Did this ever happen to you? You went somewhere and did something without any members of your family being there. And yet, the next day mom casually mentions something about it. How did she know that? Or something happened at school, you start to tell mom when you get home. But she already knows! It's usually because the nosy neighbor across the street told her, but mom alway seems to know.
God knows too. God knows everything. I guess that's scary if we're doing something wrong, but it's good news. In today's culture our kids need to know that God is always there with them.
God sees them when they sit down and when they stand up! God knows what they're thinking! God sees them when they're at school, at a friend's house, at the game, and at home. God knows what they're gonna say before they say it, and He listens. God goes in front of them like a lookout, and follows behind them like a rear guard. God knows every detail. Moms and grandmoms would love to be able to do that, wouldn't we! Lucky for the kids, we can't! But God can. And God does.
More than just being there. God's got their back. Even though they can't see God, HE sees them. HE enjoys being with them. HE won't leave. And God doesn't need a nosy neighbor to tell Him what they're up to, good or bad. Remind kids often that they are never alone. God's got their back. That's good news for parents and grandparents too. God knows. God sees. God goes.
